The dispute arose from the termination of a seven-year commercial agency agreement. The Court found that our client had introduced new customers and substantially increased sales, while the principal continued to derive significant benefits from that customer base after termination.
By Decision 1444/2026, the Court partly upheld the claim and awarded our client a goodwill indemnity of €265,074.94, equal to the average annual remuneration received over the preceding five years, together with statutory interest until payment.
