The employee sought compensation for an alleged infringement of her personality and image rights arising from the publication of her photograph in a company publication.
The Court found that the employee had been personally asked for permission and had consented to the use of her photograph. It therefore held that no unlawful or culpable infringement had been established and dismissed the claim against the employer in full.
