ATHENS COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE · DECISION 377/2025

A successful outcome for the employer

The employee claimed additional remuneration for extra duties, severance based on an alleged unilateral detrimental change to her employment terms, and compensation for moral damage.

The Court found that the agreed additional remuneration had been paid regularly as part of the employee’s total salary and that no unilateral detrimental change had occurred. It dismissed all claims in full and ordered the employee to pay the employer’s legal costs.
