A successful recovery claim for the employer
The employer sought recovery of salary paid during extended periods in which the employee had been unjustifiably absent and had provided no corresponding work.
After setting off the retroactive salary adjustments that were due to the employee, the Court upheld the claim and ordered repayment of €14,063.44 to the employer, together with statutory interest and legal costs.
