A unified framework for workplace organisation
Our office prepared a comprehensive Internal Work Regulation for an insurance company, consolidating the rules governing the organisation and operation of its workplace into a single coherent text.
The regulation addresses the commencement and operation of employment relationships, place and time of work, remuneration and performance evaluation, health and safety, prevention of violence and harassment, personal data, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the disciplinary procedure.
The text was structured to operate alongside individual employment agreements, applicable collective arrangements and mandatory employment legislation, while reflecting the company’s organisational needs and internal policies.
