A tailored policy and internal investigation system
Our office prepared the violence and harassment policy required by law for a company active in the sale of motorcycles and rider equipment and in related technical services.
The policy covers conduct in physical workplaces, remote work, business travel and work-related digital communications. It distinguishes between the reporting contact and the person responsible for investigating an incident, and provides a documented process for reports, interviews, interim protective measures and final internal decisions.
A dedicated risk-assessment appendix forms part of the policy, recording risks arising from the company’s activities and workplace structure and connecting them with specific preventive and organisational measures.
