Resolution of a property partition dispute through mediation
Our office represented a co-owner in a dispute concerning the dissolution of co-ownership in immovable property. A successful mediation established a consensual sale process, equal distribution of the proceeds and a binding auction mechanism if a sale could not be achieved.
